Terms of Use for VidPixCompare

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using VidPixCompare ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. License

VidPixCompare grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

VidPixCompare offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:

Pro Monthly: $4.99 per month — renews automatically each month
Pro Yearly: $29.99 per year — renews automatically each year

VidPixCompare also offers a Lifetime Pro one-time purchase at $49.99 (no subscription, no renewal).

Billing and Renewal

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

Cancellation

To cancel a subscription, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iOS device. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support at reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. User Content

All photos and videos you select in the App remain on your device. We do not upload, collect, or access your media files.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
Use the App to infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights

6. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIDPIXCOMPARE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
